ae Aeonian Engineering Limited is a Hong Kong technology company and the exclusive worldwide licensee of IP developed by WIDE di D. Papa, Naples, Italy, active since 1999. We build cryptographic identity infrastructure, compliance SaaS, and operational software for regulated industries.

The work has always been the same: understand a real operational problem, then build something precise enough to solve it without excess. Over twenty-five years, that discipline has produced deployments across twelve industries, from aerospace documentation platforms to cryptographic identity infrastructure cleared on Google Play and the Microsoft Store.

Identity infrastructure, not a product

The Identity Layer is the baseline architecture of our identity infrastructure suite. Split-knowledge key derivation, device-bound keys, Ed25519 challenge/response. No centralised credential database. Compliance with GDPR Article 25, eIDAS 2.0, MiFID II, and NIS2 by architecture, not policy overlay.

Hong Kong holding, Italian IP origin

AEL is registered in Hong Kong and operates as the exclusive worldwide licensee of IP developed by WIDE di D. Papa, Naples, Italy. European licensing, technical documentation, and EU compliance representation are handled through WIDE. Both entities operate under a single integrated IP and commercial framework.

Production, not prototypes

Identity Layer is in production across five reference deployments: Mujō, Parta Labels, Parta Research, Ecosystem RENTRI, and Ecosystem Companion. Over 100 active identities in operation. Cleared on Google Play and the Microsoft Store. This is not speculative R&D -- it is infrastructure that already works.

Compliance SaaS and operational software

Beyond identity, the AEL portfolio includes Ecosystem RENTRI -- Italian mandatory waste management compliance SaaS -- SmartPick for food distribution logistics, and WizPixel Flow for multi-format creative production. Each product is independently deployable and built on the same identity architecture.

Certifications roadmap

ISO 27001 via WIDE Italy (MIMIT/Mezzogiorno framework). SOC 2 Type I via AEL Hong Kong (local CPA firms). Both processes are active. The certifications formalise what the architecture already enforces by design.

Physical presence and infrastructure

Development infrastructure operates across Hong Kong and Naples. Production servers hosted at Dataplugs HK certified datacenter. The October 2026 target includes a physical HK lab and UAV/manufacturing grant window. Capital raise target: August 2026.
